We recently used Mary and her team to sell my parent's house in Everett. We live out of state and Mary made the entire process easy and efficient. She did a great job pricing the home, negotiating with the buyers and staying on top of everything through the closing. In addition, she assisted in a number of ways above and beyond. She checked in on my elderly parents to make sure they were ok throughout the entire process, hired contractors for repairs, assisted in hiring movers, hired cleaning crews and hauled away the junk. We had no idea of the amount of work involved in buying and selling a house. Thank God we had Mary to help us through this process!
Not only was Mary able to find us the home of our dreams, but through her experience and knowledge, she guided us every step of the way and in the process, we even beat out an “all cash” offer!
When it came time to sell our house in Everett, we packed everything up and loaded it into Mary’s large, reliable moving van, which we could use as long as we needed. After that, all we did was hand over the keys and Mary and her team did the rest…everything was taken care of.
She had a team come and clean up and remove leftover trash as well as unwanted, miscellaneous items that we left behind, which she donated to the Goodwill. She then sent in her team to clean the entire house and another team to shampoo the carpets. And then, she sent in her designers to stage our home.
The thing is all these convenient niceties didn’t cost us any extra money out of pocket.
As a result of all these extra services, the house looked amazing, so we listed the house at top dollar, and we even received an offer of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25K) OVER our asking price. Once we received the offer, Mary followed up and kept us informed every step of the way until the day it closed! We could not be happier with the service of Mary and her team! We highly recommend her. She really is no ordinary Mary!

What can I say about Mary? Certainly not enough.
She was a coach, cheerleader, teacher, detective, voice of reason and sanity keeper throughout the entire process of valuing, preparing, and selling my home.
I discovered Mary through one of her postcards. Returning from a long international cruise, I faced moving from a large house filled with family heirlooms, a large genealogy collection and the usual stuff that accumulates when you live in the same house for 25 years. While I had siblings and friends, I had no one in the area that wasn’t entangled in their own move, heath issues or other family needs.
Taking a deep breath, and knowing that there was no way I could manage on my own, I called Mary and we set a time to meet. By the time we finished, I was pretty confident that I had found the right solution; someone who was eager to help, knew what needed to be done, and had the knowledge, skills, and resources to help.
